We understand that circumstances can change, and we truly wish we could accommodate every situation. However, as we are now within 90 days of the trip, all payments(incl deposits)  are non-refundable.

This policy is necessary because hotel rooms, transportation, and services in Saudi Arabia during Ramadan must be secured months in advance and are fully non-refundable to us at this stage.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to support you in any way we can as you prepare for this blessed journey.

Unfortunately, there are no additional discounts. We have tried to provide the best balance in terms of price, logistics and comfort for all travelers. Of course, you should expect no less than an excellent program from AlMaghrib Institute.

All the instructors will be in charge of all religious affairs for the group. They will accompany the group and will also provide regular lectures and training about Umrah. Additionally, there will be plenty of time to meet with them during the trip. Group leaders will be your first point of contact for administrative and logistical issues while you travel.

Umrah training and workshops will be provided by AlMaghrib Institute before and during the trip. Hajj has many different rituals and can only be made during a specific time of the year. Umrah can be performed anytime of the year and only takes a few hours.

You have the option to pay an initial deposit on the checkout page.

Deposits are $1000 per person traveling.

Full payments must be made by 15th December 2025. 

Deposits are non-refundable. 

Hotel Check-in time in Madinah will be 3PM on 14th Feb

Hotel Check-out time in Makkah will be 11AM on 21st Feb

Yes, but this is the sole responsibility of the traveler to make their own arrangements. This trip covers only the advertised dates for travel.

If you wish to extend your trip at the beginning or end, then you can reach to Dar El Salam travel to enquire if arrangements can be made, but please be aware that it may not be at the same hotel that we are staying in and the rates may change due to the time of the year.

From a fiqh perspective, yes they are allowed to go.  Also, please use your best judgment on traveling and performing Umrah with infants and small children.

By default, the package includes a tourist visa which has a one-year multiple entry, 90 days maximum stay for each visit.

To process your visa, please send scanned passport copies and a passport-sized picture of each traveler to blessedvoyage@almaghrib.org.

If your country is not listed here, then you can apply yourselves for a visa and we will refund the visa cost as part of your package or email us above and we will be able to apply for you. Please note that there is an extra cost for this.
