All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are calculated by each person traveling in your family. Cancellation of deposits will also be by person. Anyone that wishes to change their travel plans after paying their deposits will not be able to receive a cash refund. However, the airline may offer a credit equivalent to the deposit for future flights on that airline within 12 months.

All the instructors will be in charge of all religious affairs for the group. They will accompany the group and will also provide regular lectures and training about Umrah.
